AIM 1

Equality

Ensuring we are equally culturally, not just legally.

Key areas relating to this theme: London Pride and UK Black Pride, supporting more post-graduate and mature students and collaborating with Diversity & Inclusion at King’s to build on the results of our first Workplace Equality Index.

AIM 2

Empowerment

Ensuring we can bring our whole selves to work.

Key areas relating to this theme: Continued Senior Management engagement and LGBTQ+ role models within King’s, and develop a series of events throughout LGBTQ+ History Month to empower underrepresented topics.

AIM 3

Education

Ensuring we inform, enlighten and inspire.

Key areas relating to this theme: Development of an Ally training programme across all areas of King’s and showcase Pride across the College during month.
