💼 KCL UNISON represents professional services staff at King’s, campaigning on a wide range of issues affecting our members.

💸 We campaign and negotiate for improvements on things like pay, rotas, leave and sickness procedures, as well as support in cases of disciplinary action, dismissals or redundancy. We also negotiate for better pay and conditions and are currently balloting for industrial action over the latest insulting pay offer because King’s staff deserve better.
